David is the COO and a founding Partner of Lions Capital Corp. Lions is a boutique investment bank which provides investment banking services to small to mid-cap companies in multiple verticals. Services include corporate finance advice, strategic partnering advice, leading mergers and acquisitions transactions and exploring financing options (private equity and public markets) beyond venture capital. Lions Capital also manages two venture capital funds and one alternative equities fund. David is President of Lions investment banking division.

David was a practicing corporate finance lawyer for 20 years, served as a Director of the BC Technology Industries Association for six years and has been an advisor to the TSX and BC Securities Commission in respect of the technology industry.
