Richard’s career has focused on web enabled consumer services, and strategies related to customer acquisition. He has worked with both early stage start-up companies, and larger public companies to bring products and online services to market, build brands, and develop strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue.

Richard is CEO of CommonDeeds, a new company founded in July, 2010. CommonDeeds is an integrated mobile and web social platform to build teams and personal engagement dedicated to social advocacy. CommonDeeds believes that collective action is more powerful for both a participant and a benefiting social cause.

Most recently, Richard was Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partners at Support.com. Support.com (NASDAQ: SPRT) is a leading provider of internet delivered services that help consumers realize the full potential of their personal technology.
