Howard Donaldson is currently Vice President, Studio Operations for Disney Interactive Studios of The Walt Disney Company. Prior to this, Donaldson co-founded Propaganda Games in Vancouver, BC. Propaganda Games is one of six internal studios for Disney Interactive Studios. Donaldson helped build the global internal development studio infrastructure from the ground up starting in 2005 necessary to produce quality interactive entertainment for The Walt Disney Company. Donaldson also served as the Chief Financial Officer for EA Canada. As a key member of the executive team, he was responsible for managing the company’s financial performance and directing long-term business planning that led to EA Canada’s double-digit annual growth. Before joining EA Canada, Donaldson was the Vice President of Finance and Administration for Disney Interactive in Glendale, CA. He previously served in several financial and operational executive positions at McGraw-Hill, Unysis and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Donaldson has over 10 years experience in the video game industry and over 20 years of corporate leadership experience. Donaldson also serves as Chair for BC Interactive, Board Director for DigiBC, member of BC Film HR committee and Advisory Board for GDC Canada. Donaldson has served as a Board Director and advisor for several digital media companies in BC. Donaldson holds an MBA and CPA.
