Ben Wasyliuk started work on ScheduleForce in 2003 with the goal of building a web-based staff scheduling application. In 2004 when ScheduleForce went live, web-based software wasn’t common in enterprise software and most staff scheduling systems were too complex and not very functional. Since then, SaaS, Cloud and hosted applications like ScheduleForce have become the norm.
